We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments from customers worldwide. You just simply add the favourite item(s) to the shopping cart and checkout, follows the instructions to complete the payment process.

For local order only, you could place order directly to us. Send us an email to info@moussejewellery.com. Mark text “Place Order – from (customer name)” in the email subject line and write down the order details clearly including i) item model number, ii) quantity of each item and iii) your shipment address. A reply email with the final dollar total of the order including any shipping charges if applicable will be sent to you in a few working days.

You could pay for the purchase either using a Bank Transfer or by making a cash deposit to our HSBC bank account. Having your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of the order using the bank account information below:

Mark the Order Number on the deposit slip. Scan a copy of the deposit slip, attach in email and send to info@moussejewellery.com. Make text “Payment Made – Order No. XXX-XXXX” on the email subject line for order confirmation.

All items are delivered via registration postage services provided by the HongkongPost or local courier services. For shipping charges, it won’t cost you anything because Mousse Jewellery pays for standard delivery. But for goods with weight over 2kg, HKD 60 will be imposed as charges for heavy goods delivery.

In general, goods will be delivered within 2 business days after the order has been confirmed by our staff. For the orders placed in Sundays or public holidays, they will be processed in the following business day. Locations outside major district areas may requires additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Those areas include but not limited to: Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau (except airport area and Tung Chung which can be reached by road transportation), Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Island, Sunshine Island and Park Island.

To provide the greatest fexibility, customers could either select mail delivery services to home or business address, or pick-up at counter collection services at post offices of HongkongPost, S.F. Service Centers, S.F. Stores or EF Lockers.

For worldwide orders, shipping charges will be imposed depending on the destination where the parcel is delivered. Normally, the transportation will takes 5-14 working days. Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable) in most destinations. The time required for customs clearance is not counted in the delivery standard.

We understand your needs and know how the quality assurance impacts customers. We pledge to strive for customer satisfaction by launching a new enhanced pearl called “MOUSSE PEARL”, which will replace the whole line of white color shell pearl products including necklaces and bracelets, effective from 14 July, 2014.
